Hoop Dancer
Hoop dancers are a crowd favorite at any pow wow. Traditionally a dance performed by White Mountain Apache in healing ceremonies, it has evolved into include forms that are purely for entertainment purposes. This excellent Navajo carving features rabbit fur, feathers, leather, and willow. The figure itself is carved from pine.
